Looking for RNs with current Mass RN license and EXPERIENCE in geriatric homecare for our growing homecare unit.

HOMECARE DIRECTOR

Department:
HOMECARE DIRECTOR for growing HomeCare department. Full-time, salaried position. Looking for experienced individual with strong leadership/team building/mentoring skills. MUST be RN with management experience in a medicare certified agency. Reports to Director of Clinical Services. Responsible for coordinating, organizing and directing day-to-day operagtions of program including follow-through on services, OASIS, and managing clinical outcomes. Develops and implements policies and procedures per medicare conditions of participation and JCAHO regulations. Must have excellent communication skills. Competitive wages and benefits.
